Inquiry
Share your vision with us by sending a detailed description of the piece you wish to create. Reference images are always welcome — the more detail you provide, the better we can understand your design.
Follow Up
Our team will reach out to discuss your request and gather any additional information needed to refine your custom design.
Design & Quotation
Once your design details are finalized, we will provide a detailed quote. If you choose to proceed, a non-refundable $200 CAD deposit will be required to begin the design process. This deposit will be applied toward your final balance. CAD renderings typically take 3–5 business days to complete.
Payment Approval
After reviewing and approving the CAD design, the remaining balance is required before your custom piece enters production.
Production & Delivery
Once payment is complete, your custom piece enters production. Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks for crafting and shipping.
