Returns & Refunds

At Dialust, we take pride in the quality of our everyday jewelry. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all packaging.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your Order Number and a clear reason for the return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety, the following cannot be returned: Earrings (unless defective), Customized/Engraved items, and Final Sale items.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours with photos/videos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Dialust is not responsible for lost return shipments.
