What materials are used in Dialust jewelry?

Dialust pieces are crafted in 18kt Gold Vermeil. We use a thick 2.5-micron layer of solid 18kt gold over a base of premium 925 Sterling Silver. This ensures a luxurious look and long-lasting durability for daily wear.

Will the jewelry tarnish or turn my skin green?

No. Since we use high-quality gold vermeil over sterling silver (and no nickel or brass), our jewelry will not turn your skin green. To prevent natural tarnishing of the silver base, we recommend keeping your jewelry away from chemicals, perfumes, and water.

Is Dialust jewelry hypoallergenic?

Yes. All our jewelry is 100% lead and nickel-free, making it safe for those with sensitive skin.

Production & Orders
Why is there a wait time for my order?

At Dialust, we operate on a Made-to-Order basis. This means your jewelry is handcrafted specifically for you after your order is placed. This sustainable approach ensures the highest quality and reduces environmental waste.

How long does manufacturing take?

The handcrafted production and quality check process takes up to 15 business days before your piece is ready to ship.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

We can only update your address if the item has not yet been dispatched. Please contact us via WhatsApp or Email immediately if you notice an error in your details.

Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take to receive my order?

Total delivery time includes 15 business days for production plus 7–14 business days for shipping. Overall, you can expect your Dialust piece to arrive within 3–5 weeks.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

No. We offer Complimentary Worldwide Shipping on every single order, with no minimum spend required.

Returns & Policy
What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. However, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your package to initiate the process. Items must be unworn and in original packaging.

Can I return earrings?

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless they arrive defective or damaged.
